To ensure every Schwartz® Pickle we sell is exceptionally fresh, we source cucumbers from across the USA, and Central America as the seasons change. And that's just the beginning.

To guarantee we choose only the best, we send inspectors out. They travel to, and personally certify, every growing area. They check the sorting facilities. And only after they're satisfied, are the cucumbers ready to journey to the Schwartz® pickle plant.

Once they arrive at our state-of-the-art processing plant, every cucumber is, again, scrutinized by picky inspectors. We hand sort. Evaluate color, texture and appearance - and throw out all but the perfect cucumbers. It's no accident only the best cucumbers become a Schwartz® Pickle.
