Cheese and Artichoke Triangles

Yield: 4 dozen appetizers
Ingredients:
*4 (6-inch) pita breads, split horizontally
*1 can (10-1/2 ounces) Store Brand *Condensed (or 98% Fat Free)
Cream of Celery Soup
*1 jar (6-1/2 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
*1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*1 cup grated Swiss cheese
*1 jar (4 ounces) pimiento strips, drained
*1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Cut each pita half into 8 wedges; place on baking sheet. Bake
in 350 °F oven, 5 minutes or until toasted. Combine soup and
remaining ingredients. Spread on pita triangles; place on baking
sheet. Broil about 6 inches from heat, 4 to 6 minutes or until browned
and bubbly.
