Chicken Alfredo

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
*4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
*1 clove garlic, minced
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil
*1 can (10-1/2 ounces) Store Brand Condensed (or 98% Fat Free)
Cream of Chicken Soup
*3/4 cup milk
*1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
*Hot cooked spinach fettuccine or linguine
Directions:
In large skillet, brown chicken and garlic in oil; remove. In
same skillet, whisk together soup, milk, mustard and pepper. Return
chicken to skillet. Simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through
and no pink remains, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove chicken from
sauce; stir in cheese. Slice each chicken breast diagonally into
3/4-inch slices. On each serving plate, arrange chicken on top
of fettuccine; spoon sauce over. Serve with additional cheese,
if desired.
