Chicken Piccata

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
*4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
*1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
*1 can (10.5 ounces) Store Brand Chicken Gravy
*white wine or water
*2-3 teaspoons lemon
*Thin lemon slices (4 suggested)
*1 tablespoon drained capers (optional)
*Chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Flatten chicken to uniform thickness. In skillet, cook chicken
in oil until tender and no longer pink; remove. In same skillet,
combine gravy, wine and lemon juice; heat until bubbly. Add lemon
slices and capers. Return chicken to skillet; heat. Garnish with
chopped parsley.
