Country-Style Chicken Fricassee

Ingredients:

*3 to 3-1/2 pounds chicken pieces, skinned
*1/3 cup all-purpose flour
*1/2 teaspoon paprika
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil
*1 can (10-1/2 ounces) Store Brand Mushroom Gravy
*1/2 cup milk
*1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
*1/4 cup sour cream
*Mashed potatoes or noodles

Directions:

Coat chicken with a mixture of flour, paprika and pepper; reserve any remaining flour mixture. In large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil; drain fat. Combine gravy, milk, nutmeg and reserved flour mixture; pour over chicken. Cover; simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning once. Stir in sour cream; heat but do not boil. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
