Frozen Chocolate Mousse Pie

1 1/2 cups Mocha Mix^® Original
         Non-Dairy Creamer
1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate          fudge pudding mix
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese,          softened
1 (6-ounce) prepared graham cracker          crumb crust
Whipped cream*, chocolatecurls,
         or chocolate-coveredcoffee
         beans, if desired.

Beat Mocha Mix^® Original Non-Dairy Creamer and pudding mix in small bowl until well blended and smooth.  Beat cheese in medium bowl until fluffy.  Gradually beat in pudding mixture until smooth.  Pour into crust.  Freeze 3 hours or until firm.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.  Garnish as desired. 

Variations: Substitute any desired flavor of instant pudding mixes for the chocolatefudge. 

*Whisk 1 1/2 cups water and 1/2 cup Mocha Mix^® Original Non-Dairy Creamer together until smooth.
