Creamy Cheese Potatoes

Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
*1/2 package (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes (4 cups)
*1 medium onion, chopped
*3/4 cup water
*1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Store Brand 98% Fat Free (or Reg.) Condensed
Cream of Celery Soup
*2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
*1/2 cup milk
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
*1/4 teaspoon pepper
*1/4 cup dairy sour cream
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook potatoes and onion in water until potatoes
are cooked and water has evaporated for about 5 minutes. Stir in
soup, cheese, milk, salt, dill and pepper. Heat, stirring until
cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat; stir
in sour cream.
