Creamy Marshmallow Topping

Chill Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 1 ¼ cups

Ingredients:
1 cup Borden^® Cremora^® Non-Dairy
   Creamer
1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
In small chilled mixer bowl, combine Borden^® Cremora^®, water and vanilla.
Using chilled beaters, beat mixture on high speed about 2 minutes or until soft peaks begin to form.
Gradually beat in sugar; continue beating about 3 minutes or until soft peaks form.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes; mixture thickens as it cools.
Serve topping over desserts as desired.

Variations:
Add 1 tablespoon raspberry, caramel, chocolate or strawberry syrup with water; reduce vanilla to 1/2 teaspoon and sugar to 2 tablespoons.
