Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni,    cooked as package directs and
   drained
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups Mocha Mix® original
    non-dairy creamer
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded American
   cheese
Buttered fresh crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. In medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in Mocha Mix®. Cook and stir until thickens slightly (mixture should coat spoon). Add cheese; stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cooked macaroni. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with crumbs. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers.
