Dijon Steak and Mushrooms

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
*1 pound boneless sirloin steak, about 1-inch thick
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil
*1 medium onion, sliced
*2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (about 8 ounces)
*1 can (10.5 ounces) Store Brand Beef Gravy
*1/4 cup dry red wine or water
*3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
*Ramen noodles or rice
Directions:
Slice steak diagonally across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.
In large skillet, quickly brown steak in 2 batches; remove. In
same skillet, cook and stir mushrooms and onions until tender and
liquid has evaporated. Stir in gravy, wine and mustard; heat. Return
steak to skillet. Heat briefly. Serve over ramen noodles, white
or brown rice.
