Ginger Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients:

*1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Store Brand Beef Gravy
*2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
*1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
*1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
*1 teaspoon cornstarch
*1 cup julienne carrots
*1 large onion, cut into wedges
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
*2 cups broccoli florets

Directions:

Combine gravy, juice concentrate and ginger; set aside. Sprinkle steak with cornstarch; set aside. In a large skillet, sauté broccoli in 1 tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes. Add carrots and onion; sauté 2 minutes longer; remove. In same skillet, quickly brown steak in remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Stir in reserved gravy mixture; simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Return vegetables to skillet; heat. Serve with steamed or cooked rice.
