Ingredients:
*3/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into 3/4-inch chunks
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil
*1 package (16 oz.) frozen vegetable mixtures (corn, broccoli,
red pepper)
*1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
*1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Store Brand Chicken Gravy
*1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
*Hot biscuits or rice
Directions:
In medium saucepan, cook chicken in oil until no longer pink.
Stir in vegetables and basil. Simmer, covered, 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir in gravy and cheese. Simmer uncovered, 3 minutes until cheese
is melted. Serve over biscuits or rice.
