Pickle Baked Trout

Ingredients:
2    packages (12 ounces each) frozen
      trout, thawed
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1    teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1    tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped Peter Piper® sweet
      mixed pickles

Directions:
Arrange trout in greased 1-1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Add celery and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Pour over trout. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish is tender. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, if desired.
