Pecan Pie

Yield: One 8" dia. pie

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Roddenberry Cane Patch Syrup
2/3 cup Roddenberry Light Corn Syrup
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans (broken)
1 - 9 inch piecrust

Directions:
Mix syrups, sugar, flour, eggs and salt together. Beat well. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 50 - 55 minutes.
