Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients:
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil
*1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
*1 medium onion, halved, sliced
*1 lb. raw turkey tenderloin, thinly sliced
*1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Store Brand Turkey Gravy
*2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
*1/8 teaspoon pepper
*1/4 cup sour cream
*Hot cooked noodles
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook mushrooms and onion in oil until tender;
remove. In same skillet, sauté turkey 5 minutes or until
cooked. Add vegetables, gravy, Worcestershire sauce and pepper;
heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles. Garnish with chopped
parsley.
